What will Kerry PPN do with your information?
The information you provide in this form will only be used by Kerry PPN staff and Secretariat to:
- Maintain the PPN membership database
- Consult with your group and facilitate your engagement with local and national policy, plans, and strategies
- Circulate information to member groups and facilitate networking. This will be done through update E-bulletins, Newsletters, occasional emails, phone calls and texts
- Highlight the work of the PPN and community engagement in Kerry
Kerry PPN will display the names and general location of our member groups on our website.
Kerry PPN has a data sharing agreement with Kerry County Council, South Kerry Development Partnership (SKDP) and NEWKD to further enhance information exchange among our community groups.
Should you wish not to have your data shared with these partners, please email us immediately on ppn@kerrycoco.ie and we shall omit your group's contact details when sharing information with these organisations.
Other than the above, your personal data will not be shared with third parties unless we have your permission to do so, or we are required to by law. Groups can request to have their data supplied to them and/or removed from the Kerry PPN database by contacting us and providing 30 days’ notice.
Group membership details will be updated every 3 years to ensure that our information is accurate and kept up to date.
